The stunning crystal rhinestone encrusted front bib is silver plated and soldered by hand for a custom unique piece. Hand stitched soft espresso black faux leather straps are adjustable with a traditional silver plated loop buckle and hardware. Although, this collar necklace isn't recommended for walking, it's perfect for pets in weddings, puppy parties, special family events and looking fabulous without trying!
