Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Other Best Friend (MOBF).  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns & Exchanges  Policy:

• We offer refunds and exchanges for some products on our website.
• Personalized, custom made or special order/oversized products are NOT eligible for return or refund. 
• You are eligible for either a full reimbursement, or store credit within 14 calendar days of your purchase. 
• You are able to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order.
• For your convenience Returns and Exchanges can be processed online by  visiting https://mobf.myreturnscenter.com/ .Then login using your order number and email or phone number.
• After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
